We pack and ship your boxes so that your snacks should reach you any time within your chosen delivery week. If your variety box is later than your given delivery week then please let us know on our late box page.
graze shop orders:
We’ll prepare and send your shop order as quickly as possible. Most orders will be sent by FedEx’s standard post. To find tracking for your shop order, just head to your shop orders page. From there just click on the order you wish to track, and click on “track your order” on the next page.
Alternatively, send an email over to email@example.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to get that for you.
If you haven’t received a card or your order within 10 days, please do let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your 9 digit order number from your confirmation email when getting in touch.
