subscription snack boxes:
We pack and ship your subscription boxes so your snacks should reach you within your expected delivery week. We don’t offer tracking via your account for 8-snack boxes, but if your box is later than usual, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to track your snacks for you.
graze shop orders:
We’ll prepare and send your shop order as quickly as possible. Most orders will be sent by FedEx’s standard post. To find tracking for your shop order, just head to your shop orders page. From there just click on the order you wish to track, and click on “track your order” on the next page.
Alternatively, send an email over to email@example.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to get that for you.
If you haven’t received a card or your order within 10 days, please do let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your order number from your confirmation email when getting in touch.
